Since PostCo is not responsible for the delivery of parcels from your online store, you will need to check with your seller on whether your item has been dispatched. If you are provided with a tracking number, you can also track your parcel directly with the courier.

Once your parcel arrives at the PostCo location, you will receive a SMS / email notification if you have made a booking.

Yes. Just make sure that you’ve made a booking prior to sending your parcel over. Each booking will expire after 30 days, after which your Collection Credit will be refunded to your PostCo account.
